Ruoxi Chen is a Hugo Award-winning book editor and publishing consultant based in New York City. She’s had the pleasure of working on books that have been shortlisted for the Ilube Nommo, Lambda Literary, Nebula, Arthur C. Clarke, and NAACP Image Awards, and that have won the Alex, Locus, Crawford, Ignyte, Shirley Jackson, World Fantasy, Astounding, and Hugo Awards, among others. Her work has appeared in The Dark, Fantasy Magazine, and Electric Literature.
